Case Schiller is not very good at informing people that real estate is LOCAL. I really don’t care what is going on in the 20 cities or MSA’s they track. Apparently it has no bearing on Boise because our prices continue to rise and it’s not a statistical construct – it’s right off our LOCAL MLS.
